Guess what? I actually have a semi interesting story to tell you today. Yay! Okay, but seriously, I do.
So yesterday, I pulled out a ton of clothes from my closet and started taking pictures of them. ( In case you were wondering, I take multiple pictures of outfits in one day. I just don't have the time to take pictures every day, plus the lighting isn't always that good. ) Well, not only was I feeling a little bit wonkily ( ladies, you know what I'm talking about ), but I was also trying to put outfits together that looked good and I felt like half of them just looked silly.
So, seven outfits, multiple changes, and a ton of pictures later, I came inside, slipped on my comfy socks and sat down at my computer to download the pictures.
I inserted my card into the computer and waited the interminable length it takes for them to show up and then froze. My pictures just weren't there.
Ok, don't panic. This has happened before. Just try it again.
Same thing happened. Starting to hyperventilate.
Turned the computer off then on. Tried again.
Still not working. Full on hyperventilating commencing.
Finally, after almost pulling out all of my hair, searching multiple sites for help with retrieving the pictures from the defective card ( my card had a scratch on it apparently ), and panicking over my lost photos, I finally was able to download them through another photo site.
When the last picture cleared, I think I took my first breath. I really thought the pictures had just finished off the card. Thankfully, I have them all and this shoot was part of them.
