Writing a fashion blog has really helped me to develop a sense of fashion for myself. I used to not really be able to put things together and make multiple outfits. I would buy a top and a skirt that matched and wear them together, and only them together.
I then discovered Pinterest and that helped a ton! The reason I'm saying all of this is that I don't want you to think I'm fake. Let me explain.
One of my sweet readers asked me how many of the outfits that I post I wear. Well, I answered her that I wear some but not all and some of them are in different variations than you would see on the blog.
I mentioned in my last post that I wore a lot of mismatched clothes this past winter, to stay warm. Well, that is true, but what I failed to mention after that was those mismatched clothes were worn only at home. I just don't make a huge effort if I'm not going anywhere.
However, if I was going somewhere, I would wear something that matched even if it didn't look fancy or was the height of fashion. I never try to look frumpy or not put forth an effort.
All that to say, I write a fashion blog, but sometimes I'm not super fashionable in my day to day life.
And speaking of fashion, what do you think of today's look?
